Mario did an excellent job. He took the time to explain what was serviced. We look forward to him coming back to perform the "fall" service check.

Always come when called. 11/26/2016

Would NEVER recommend a Amana AC/Heater. Nothing but trouble but, the only thing that was good was the service that we received from Southwest AC/Heating. They always came when needed. RESPONSE FROM Southwest Air Conditioning and Heating: Gene we will be the first to admit that Amana Heat pumps installed in2010 have given us a lot of trouble, since all of those problem units we installed we made a change over to American Standard and have not sold another Amana heat pump since we found the troubles given Good thing is that most of your calls were a no charge and the zoning system has given you a lot of problems Hopefully we have all of the bugs worked out now Remember to always change your filter once a year that is very important Thank you for bringing this to my attention and thank you for your continued support of Southwest more

I Had A Positive Experience 11/18/2016

We have hired Southwest Air Conditioning and Heating to make repairs to our air conditioning and furnace units. They are fabulous! This company is professional, courteous and prompt. I have no complaints about them. Quick and efficient as usual 11/8/2016

Had my original AC installed by Southwest, serviced, replaced and continue to get their excellent service to this day. Highly recommended. They have really good people that work up there who really know how to take good care of their customers. Emergency Ac fix 9/20/2016

Thank you guys so much for coming out last week on short noticed and fixing our Ac unit! The technician was amazing, kind, and showed us exactly what was wrong and told us prices before he fixed it. Highly Recommended 9/10/2016

We were especially pleased with the recent installation of an A/C & heating unit by Southwest Air Conditioning & Heating. We have used them for previous units and repairs over the past 21 years. Technicians are experienced, professional, and keep the traffic and work areas very clean by using drop cloths. Two weeks prior to this installation, we had Southwest out two times for A/C repairs. When it was obvious the unit needed replacing, Southwest gave us partial credit for expenses we’d already incurred. Highly recommend Southwest Air Conditioning & Heating. more

Outstanding Service 8/22/2016

We had our compressor go out and found out that it was expensive to get a new one. I was also offered a new complete ground unit as well. The drawback is that a compressor warranty is 90 days but a new ground unit warranty is 10 years. I opted to spend about $1,500 more for a ground unit that will end up paying for itself in no time. When they came out, it was a very hot day and my house was hot too. They brought extra guys to help with the install and got it all done in a timely manner. My house was cooling off in no time. I was by far looking for quality over quantity and they exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend SW AC & Heating. I've used Southwest AC multiple times over the past few years. They provide a good quality service. Very knowledgeable, I will use them again. Southwest is the best 8/14/2016

We needed a new a/c unit in our house and southwest came out quick and gave us the best deal... They came out and put our new unit in while we were on vacation. Came home to a cool house. Then they returned to explain the system to us. Very polite and nice Thank you southwest RESPONSE FROM Southwest Air Conditioning and Heating: Tessie that was quit a challenge but we rose to the occasion figuring out how to install that unit in the area we had It was fun and informative to sit with you and hook up the WiFi thermostat so you could operate it from your phone both of us got a lot out of it and I will be getting you the info on the door locks to hook up to the WiFi thermostat today or tomorrow more
