As stressed as I was when I called, technician Orlando was calm cool and collected, even in my very hot attic. He diagnose the problem, got it to cool sufficiently while the part needed was located, and return days later installing it. A panicked weekend call was made as my AC wouldn't seem to shut off. My call was received and I was reassured a technician would be out ASAP.....all was resolved with a smile. Thank you Southwest air conditioning....!
