Great responce 5/27/2016

My ac quit working late in the day on Friday and I thought I was in for a long hot weekend. called southwest anyway and a tec was there in 30 minuets. found the problem and had it back up in no time. He also went over the rest of the unit while he was there to be sure it was running properly. Great work and lightening fast response. Fast and Professional 5/20/2016

I hardly expected same day service when I called about an issue with my A/C , but it's exactly what I got! The tech was professional, courteous and diagnosed and repaired the problem immediately with parts stocked on his truck. He took the time to check all aspects of my unit to ensure it would operate efficiently. The charges were explained on and my receipt was emailed to me via the tablet utilized . Impressive response time, use of modern technology , knowledgeable and courteous techs and fair price of repair. Had to watch and let know what previous tec. Repairs on a Late Saturday 4/22/2016

I just bought a small house as a rental while painting late one saturday night I notice that water is coming out of the ac closet. I called Southwest and within our hour-hour 1/2 they showed up, performed the service and had us going again. I trust Southwest Air Conditioning and Heating for all of my HVAC needs. From their knowledgeable staff of professional technicians to their unmatched customer service, you will not find a better company to work with. As a matter of fact, I've gotten quotes from other companies that have tried to lure me into paying for things I did not need. However, the honest folks at Southwest provided me with fair estimates based on facts and not scare tactics. Not to mention their prices beat all other competitors by a long shot. Bottom line, if you do not choose Southwest Air Conditioning and Heating as your service provider, than you are not choosing the best. Highly Recommended 4/2/2016

I've been on their service plan for a while, they always call to setup my spring / fall system check in a timely manner. I've also had to call them out twice to check problems. Tech always arrived at the scheduled time and was very professional. Even took time to explain in detail what he was doing and repair actions needed. I'm now looking at replacing my 18 year old system and was very satisfied with the estimate they provided. They will be doing my replacement later this year. Southwest Air Conditioning and Heating installed a new AC and the results are good. Anytime we need them they come on out right away. Always on time, never no problems and the technicians work quickly. Excellent Service 3/21/2016

Over 20 years ago Southwest Air Conditioning and Heating put in our unit and we had such a great experience with them throughout the years that I contacted them again to replace the old unit with a new one - AC heat pump. The prices are fair. Southwest Air Conditioning and Heating are very convenient, and very reliable; if there's an emergency they always come out immediately to check out the situation. I have no complaints, we are very pleased, and would highly recommend this company because they are dependable, quick and provides excellent services. Air Conditioning 7/13/2005

This company put in a new A/C system for us when we remodeled our home. Because of the recommendation they gave us, we went with a "zoned" system. We have been very pleased with it, and with the excellent work that was done. more
