Mario did an excellent job. He took the time to explain what was serviced. We look forward to him coming back to perform the "fall" service check.

Southwest Air has been Great to work with from the purchasing to the installation they have been wonderful. There Guys are very professional and treat your home as if it were there own... very kind and friendly ... We have used them for years and once again haven't been disappointed. more

Great Company 6/5/2017

Southwest came out with all the materials needed to install our new AC. The installers were professional and knowledgeable. Completing the Air Conditioner in the time that was stated in the proposal. I think I receive good valued for the money spent. more

A/C kept tripping and blowing heat 6/3/2017

We were very pleased with our tech. He was fast, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Diagnosed and fixed our issues promptly. We would definitely call this company back to fix our HVAC if the need arised. Thank you! more

As always the Technician was polite and helpful. 6/3/2017

I thought the $80 diagnostics fee was high. It took 2 minutes for him to see the problem. He also checked in side the unit and said coil needed to be cleaned. So for cleaning coils and unstopping condensation line 30 minute job was charged an additional $68.95. Making a total of $148.95. I would thought that since it didn't take the technician more then 5 minutes to locate the problem the diagnostic fee would have covered part of the cost. more

Job well done 5/31/2017

Your company did an excellent job installing my new A/C and heating unit. Y'all made sure the job was started quickly and finished quickly so I could take my son to Temple, Tx. for surgery . The job was finished on time. Everyone was so informative. polite, kind, worked so well together and the list could go on! Even when the city inspector checked it and said it passed he said he knew it wold because " all their jobs do" Thanks again for a job "well done" Special thanks beginning with the receptionist; Russell & Jerry, Ernie , Evan, Arthur Justin and Fransisco more

I was so thankful after try to get anyone to come and look at my ac to see what went wrong. Southwest Air conditioning was prompt and willing to help fix my ac. The gentleman was quick and knowledgeable It don't take him but a few minutes to figure out was was wrong. Thank you for your hard work. more

This is our second ac unit from Southwest Air. The first one was installed 23 years ago and we were very pleased with it so when we decided to replace it because of age we immediately called them. As expected, we are very pleased again. RESPONSE FROM Southwest Air Conditioning and Heating: Robert I was just tickled pink when i came in the house and it was so nice and cool in there with the unit running on low speed We know you have alot of choices of heating and cooling contractors and are proud once again you choose Southwest Air Conditioning and Heating to install your new system more
