Review content:
We had our compressor go out and found out that it was expensive to get a new one. I was also offered a new complete ground unit as well. The drawback is that a compressor warranty is 90 days but a new ground unit warranty is 10 years. I opted to spend about $1,500 more for a ground unit that will end up paying for itself in no time. When they came out, it was a very hot day and my house was hot too. They brought extra guys to help with the install and got it all done in a timely manner. My house was cooling off in no time. I was by far looking for quality over quantity and they exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend SW AC & Heating.
