We needed a new a/c unit in our house and southwest came out quick and gave us the best deal... They came out and put our new unit in while we were on vacation. Came home to a cool house. Then they returned to explain the system to us. Very polite and nice

Tessie that was quit a challenge but we rose to the occasion figuring out how to install that unit in the area we had
It was fun and informative to sit with you and hook up the WiFi thermostat so you could operate it from your phone both of us got a lot out of it and I will be getting you the info on the door locks to hook up to the WiFi thermostat today or tomorrow
