not satisfied 3/30/2010

I bought a cd radio that has given me static since I purchased it, it also skips a lot, even though my Cd's don't skip on my home unit which happens to be a denon ensemble on the high end. I plan on taking the unit back for a different unit. more

I was very satisfied with the service I received from employee Nick. He was honest with me about the cost of my repairs for my head unit. When offered a deal for a head unit and having to decline, he did not give up on finding me another unit. In the end, I was satisfied with what I purchased. Nick is a valued employee because as a customer, I was satisfied. Thank you. more

Good installion (so far) but bait & switch price quote 3/29/2010

Tri-State did NOT honor price quoted the previous day. I dropped my car off prior to store opening (keys in the drop box) and received surprise telephone call several hours later: "I thought you only had one pair of speakers to install" more

Excellent Service 3/28/2010

The technician I spoke with was polite and very knowledgeable and easily answered all my questions. The service was preformed quickly and everything was explained to me once installation was complete. I highly recommend this store if you are from the area. more

I went into sound of tristate and talked to bobby and told him exactly what kind of security system i wanted and he explained the different ones to me then set me up with an appointment. The work i had done was great quality and works perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Sound of Tri-State is a great place and they do great work. I pruchased and had them install my subwoofers, amp, and headunit. They all fit and work great. I also had them put in my sirius radio and put the window tint on my 2006 mustang. Great Work! more

Clean and quality install 3/19/2010

Had the following done to my car: - changed standard fog lights to HID - added integrated Bluetooth - added auxiliary audio line - hardwired radar detector - moved speaker for backup sensor (previous installation was not very clean, loose panel) Verry happy with their service and quality of work. more

I am a first time customer of sound of tri state. For a woman shopping for audio equipment can be a challenge. I must admit that my shopping experience was awesome with the help of Kelley. He appeared to be and was very honest, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. What more could you ask for in customer service. more

Great experience with customer service from the floor staff 3/13/2010

I have a 2009 Ford Ranger and it has a very unique wiring harness. The floor staff went out of their way trying to order the right harness for my vehicle. They ordered what was thought to be the right harness which we soon learned was not. The staff made a phone to the harness makers and found out the harness number was incorrect on their website. The harness quickly sent the harness out and now I am enjoying my new stereo. Sound of Tri State has 1st rate customer service and I would happily recommend them to anyone. more
