I have been in care setreo nor for 15 years and even competed in the 90s. I am highly educated and havespent time over the years doing self installs and brushing up on the latst and greatest advancements. I know BS from a sales person when I hear it. However, they will admit something if they don't know it and will give you the right answer. They would rather steer you to what you need rather than what you want. True, their recommendation might cost more up front, but I will save you money down the road. I have been their myself countless times.... only to end up paying twice as much for something that was not what I wanted
