Stereo came on time with all necessary connecting parts. Unfortunately, less than a week later I needed to reboot the system and found that the button that I needed to push would not function. I am currently waiting on a response from them in order be able to fully use the system. more

Had a problem, but their service excellent and took care of me 9/21/2012

I had a product damaged in shipping, the were very quick to respond via email and phone. Did what was necesary to take care of the situation and were very friendly and non confrontational. I would definately do business with them again. Awesome customer service. more

Car Stereo Installation Perfect & Timely 9/19/2012

I have used Sound of Tri State before to install a radio in my wife's car, this time was no different than before. Customer Service was great and made recommendation based on the funtionality I wanted in a radio. Installation was timely and was done in a half hour!! I love the radio and will be using Sound of Tri-State again for any future needs. more

I met three members of the staff, all of whom were very knowledgeable when I asked them questions. They didn't get annoyed at me and were very professional. I don't feel like I was ripped off and I feel welcome to come back again. more

Great sound system 9/7/2012

Straight to the point before I was riding around with no music car came with no radio. Went to Sound Of Tri-state in Dover,DE and got a great deal on a pioneer touch screen head unit. Ever since then I've been riding with the windows down and the music turned way up. So all I have to say is excellent work and Thanks for the music. more

Excellent service 8/20/2012

I have a satellite ready radio in my Lexus which needed installation of internal components and an antenna. Jim Brown helped me and he was pleasant and courteous. I had to come back because the antenna was not working where it was installed. Jim made a quick appointment for me and had the antenna reinstalled. He spent time explaining things to me and never acted rushed or uninterested. His type of concern for my satisfaction is unusual today. You are lucky to have such a valuable employee. more
