I walked in to sound of Tri-State on a Friday afternoon, was greeted immediately, and dealt with Kelly who was more than professional, courteous and helpful. I plan to return to sound of Tri State, now that I'm aware of what they have to offer, and buy for myself instead of just my Christmas list! more

Short notice, but presented full awesome service. 12/19/2011

I had considered Best buy for my remote car starter. I even had an appointment reserved with them 3 weeks before the appointment that they did not honor. When I went to have the equipment installed, it was my 4th trip to the store for the remote starter and each time the price had increased. Sound of Tri State put in better equipment, installed the starter with no appointment, and came in $105 cheaper. more

I was looking for sound equipment for my son's car, I inquired online as I was pricing around. Tri State replied within the hour and also matched the competitors pricing! I later contacted them about a remote start, they called me within the hour of my email, had the item, can install it, and it was the best price I had found. They are wonderful to do business with. I will do business with them again and again. more

Professional-First Class Installation and Customer Service Operation 12/11/2011

The Wilmington-Kirkwood Hwy location is excellent. All of the employees are friendly and very professional. The manager, Kelly (a fellow BUSA member), goes out of his way to provide the best customer experience and the installers are masters of their trade. They are perfectionists providing respect for the customers car/truck and do the job RIGHT, the FIRST TIME. I would whole heartedly recommend this first class/world class Sound store! The prices are great too! more

Tri state is always the go to place 11/23/2011

Sound of tri state gas alway been my go to place. I have done repeated business with them on multiple vehicles. They always wOrk with my budget and keep the quality of work high enough to the point that I need not return. You guys are really. My go to people and when it comes to my consumer electronic needs I would never go anywhere else. more

i came in to get a new head unit hooked up to my car, and tri state beat the competitor's price. the installation was quick and the new system sounds great. then two weeks later i had new speakers hooked up because i liked tri state so much. more

They made a custom box for my brand new Audi...I researched them and received only positive reviews before trusting them to touch my "ball of anger". Finished product is exactly what I was looking for, and it sounds amazing. Reasonable prices, great service, would recommend to others... more

Great Service, excellent products 10/24/2011

I love the guys at Sound of Tristate! They have helped me so much deciding which stereo system/headunit to buy for my truck. Then I bought a viper secuirty system/remote start from a car show and recieved amazing service as it was intalled and they taught me how to use it. I plan to upgrade my door speakers and amp,subs, etc. I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone! more
