I have a satellite ready radio in my Lexus which needed installation of internal components and an antenna. Jim Brown helped me and he was pleasant and courteous. I had to come back because the antenna was not working where it was installed. Jim made a quick appointment for me and had the antenna reinstalled. He spent time explaining things to me and never acted rushed or uninterested. His type of concern for my satisfaction is unusual today. You are lucky to have such a valuable employee.
