Magnificent follow through 7/10/2012

I had a two amp install in my car that Isaac helped me plan over several months. Upon getting the car back things sounded great other than my own tweeters that were blown. I also asked for a remount of the amps and a tweak to the interior volumes. The staff, Brian in particular, could not have been more professional and accomodating with their follow through service. A door speaker was defective and Brian put in the replacement in for me with no issues. Would highly recommend as any place can sell you gear but the personal touch and care for their customers' satisfaction and value for the money is what separates these guys. Great Service 7/2/2012

Decided I wanted to upgrade my car stereo head unit - called with novice questions and was treated very kindly. I went in and was shown radios appropriate to what I was looking for... ie they did not try to sell me an expensive radio I did not need. Clean install - no marks or anything. more

Got a new stereo system installed 6/27/2012

After it was done there was a young spanish guy who came out to my car with me and explained everything to me. He was very polite and helpful. I had to even go back later when I realized that the new clock hadn't been set. The orginal guy was very busy with customers so another guy went out to my car with me and set the clock for me. (I tried to figure it out myself with the new manuel but I couldn't.) The second guy was also very nice and helpful. more

Purchased pair of component speakers 6/27/2012

Issac was extreamly courtious and helpful. I could have saved $15 from Crutchfield or other online retailers though. Paid $85, could have gotten for $60.. but at least I was able to install same day. more

Chris worked so hard to get my phone contacts connected to the Pioneer radio --great job Chris 6/27/2012

I exchanged one model for another because my contacts from my cell did not upload to the phone on the Pioneer unit it purchased. Verizon, Motorla and their Global dept said my phone the Droit 2 was not compatible. Chris called Pioneer Radio after 3 hrs of tying to get my contacts to upload. Pioneer told Chris the 2 easy steps to follow and I was saved! Thanks to the young salesman who tried everything! more

Customer service, tinting need improvement 6/24/2012

While some counter people were friendly and pretty helpful, others and the manager were either indifferent, confrontational, or dismissive. Communication was not always clear. Window tinting is not the best quality - it had been very good in the past, but not now. A window with dozens of small bubbles is not seen as bad enough to fix. When I spoke with the manager, I got excuses and a bit of attitude. Some work was redone after pushing for it, but still had captured dust. In my opinion,a few tiny spots is acceptible but 1 to 3 dozen per window is not. Will probably not return for tint again. Installation service seem to be fine as far as I can tell. more

MY THOUGHTS 6/19/2012

NOT SURE I GOT THE REMOTES THAT WERE DISPLAYED AND NOT HAPPY WITH THE ONES I RECEIVED. EVERYTHING SEEMS TO TAKE TO LONG TIME TO REACT TO THE REMOTE COMMANDS AND DOES NOT WORK FROM DISTANCES. THE ONE IN MY OTHER VEHICLE WORKS MUCH BETTER. ALL THE QUESTION AT THE TOP I GIVE FOR STARS BUT IF IT ASK IF I AM HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT I WOULD GIVE IT 2 STARS. more

Sound of Tri-State exceeded my expectations, I had a challenge with my satelite system,(purchased elsewhere), and I was helped and educated by their management and technicians. I received great value for the cost of service. I would definately return and make my inital purchase at Sound of Tri-State in the future. more

Great Service on installation of Car Radio 6/15/2012

Marlo was wonderful. Not only did he give me great service on my new radio, he also connected XM for me by calling them to hook it up. Plus he showed me extra things my radio can do like I can now talk on the phone through the radio in my car. It is so neat!! He gives great customer service. I will recommend this place to my friends. more
