I had a bluetooth/ipod device installed in my car by SOT in Wilmington. The staff was knowledgeable and unbiased in their recommendations. The service was done in a timely fashion and to the exact specifications decided on by myself and the installer. more

Got it done in no time. 1/26/2012

I went to the Dover Sound of Tri-State early on a Saturday morning to get a remote starter installed in my truck with no appointment. I brought some schoolwork to do to keep myself busy for the expected long wait. To my suprise i was out of there in about and hour and a half. There were appointments and other people ahead of me, so i was very suprised. The equipment installed has peformed flawlessly. You would barely notice the install had occured if not for the antenna in the windshield. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable, the equpment and services were fairly priced. I definetly recomend. more

He helped me make the right choices and assisted me from beginning to end. I'm very happy with the product I purchased and with the customer service I received. Took much longer than expected. 1/14/2012

I had a 2:00 appointment to have a remote starter installed. I arrived early and went shopping on foot. When I returned at 3:30, they hadn't even started! If I didn't have an appointment and just dropped in, I could understand the store being busy, but when I dropped it off, I was not told there would be any delay. They knew I would be waiting for my car to be finished. more

Great people to deal with!! 1/11/2012

1st, lets say that Sound of Tri-State was recommended by my mechanic, whom I trust very much. I spoke with Isaac on the phone & he was very informative & pleasant. When I dropped off my wife's vehicle to have a remote start installed, I was immediately impressed with the showroom & the helpful staff. They certainly did live up to their award winning service! My vehicle was ready when they said it would be & everything worked great!! I would absolutely return to Sound of Tri-State & highly recommend them to anyone looking for after market auto electronics. I have had experience with another retailer in the past & would never return! Sound of Tri-State ROCKS!!!! more
