Placed a call and told me to bring it over right away took a look at it when I arrived and was on my way in less than 5 minutes. I have always used this for all my remote starters and will continue to use them and recommend them. 5 Stars All The Way! more

Great Customer Service 10/6/2011

I've been a customer of Sound of Tristate for a year or so and wonder why I used to shop at their AudioJunk competitor. It's night and day on the level of intelligence, professionalism, and customer service Sound of Tristate offers. Every request I have is always answered with a "no problem" response and attitude. There's a reason I drive from the DC area to have my car serviced at Sound of Tristate. They're the best. more

I knew nothing about what amp and speaker would be right for my old Bmw. I got good reccomendations and all the things needed to do the install myself. Good guys with a lot of expertise and a willingness to help a do-it-yourselfer. more

I have had several experiences dealing with the staff at The Sound of Tri-State and each occassion I have dealt with knowledgable staff whom have enlightened me on the correct products to choose and have made my visits enjoyous every time! Excellent Service and Product (window tinting) 9/22/2011

I have Erythropoietic Protoporphyria which is a rare genetic disease which makes me extremely sensitive to sunlight. My doctor suggested that I have my windows in my suv tinted on the driver's side and passenger side (since the rest of the windows in my Highlander were already somewhat tinted). I was recommended by my daughter-in-law to go to Sound of Tri-State in Dover, Delaware because she had her windows tinted due to her eye sensitivity to the sun. We both are extremely happy with the product and service. I would highly recommend Sound of Tri-State to my friends and family should they require any of their services. more

12 inch T1 w/ custom box 9/19/2011

it took me about 45 minutes to walk in and get a sub with a custom box. also in that 45 minutes me and the sound of tri-state employee discussed what sub would be best for my amp and why a box upgrade was necessary. even after the sub was installed sound of tri-state took the time to test it for to make sure everything was working properly. It took me 45 minutes and 450$ to get a 12 inch T1 with a custom. That's what I like to call well spent time. more

Excellent Problem Solving 9/13/2011

I was having trouble getting a radio signal. All stations were fuzzy. They gave me 3 different options to attempt to correct the problem and were very helpful in aiding me in deciding what would be best. Thanks sooooooo much to Marlow and the crew for giving me music back (after a year and a half of no radio. lol) :-) more
