Window tinting on Nissan Sentra 12/1/2012

I scheduled my Nissan Sentra to have the back windows tinted through Sound of TriState and the experience was excellent. I was given a summary of what to expect before the work was done and they did a great job keeping me in the loop throughout the whle process. The work was excellent and we had no complaints. Customer service was straight forward and friendly. more

Factory Upgrade 11/30/2012

Just wanted to say that I'm completely satisfied with sound of tri state. Kelley was very helpful and my installer notified me and explained what was going to look best with my install. I would highly recommend and will also use again in my next vehicle. more

Although the staff is friendly, the quality of workmanship is extremely poor. I had my back windows tinted. The gentleman who did the work did a horrible job. There were air bubble on every window and one window tint was cut too short leaving a very noticeable gap along the edge. The staff agreed to do the work over, but the tint still has bubbles. I may have a lifetime guarantee, but I didn't expect that to mean I had to keep coming back for the rest of my life because of a pitiful tint job. more

no waiting for an appointment. Service was courteous and job well done. Had to remove window tinting and remove wiring for sirius radio. Everything looked like new. And price was reasonable. more

Outstanding place to get car audio, security and tinted windows! 11/16/2012

Kelley, Scott and the entire staff outfitted me with a new headunit, amp, speakers, sub, security and tinted windows. The system is phoenominal and beyond my expections. Scott's install is immaculate. It's an outstanding group of guys to work with in this process. The level of expertise is top shelf. Let me start off by saying: sound of tristate is the place to go if you need anything for your car to deal with electronics! Issac worked with me through my concerns and really made my day. With my new hd radio head unit and 2 12" fosgate p2's my 07 mustang sounds great! Thanks issac and team of sound of tristate for giving my mustang what it needed. more
