Staff is always friendly and courteous. Pain takes a backseat to freindly conversation and comfort. Thank you ladies...always a pleasure!

had asked for a full body massage to be scheduled but was scheduled for an herbal wrap. also want to verify that I was being set up for a membership instead of series. but service...

Very Pleased! 9/14/2011

This was my first time at Skin Sense but definitely not my last! The atmosphere is so relaxing and welcoming. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and was shown where to go. Mary was amazing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience! I cannot wait to go back! more

Gift Cards 9/13/2011

I enjoyed my experience and the manicure and pedicure were very nice. I was however disappointed with the front desk staff. Initially they were confused on the type of appointment. I telephoned prior to making an appointment to confirm the amount of a gift card that I had received in order to determine which services I could afford. At the time of my appointment, I also provided the gift card number. After the services were rendered I learned that I was given the incorrect amount of the gift card when I telephoned. It was very disappointing and although the staff apologized they did not offer any type of discount for the error. I understand mistakes happen, but since you offer weekly manicure and pedicure specials, this could have been extended in this case. I will recommend Skin Sense to my friends but will caution them with purchasing and receiving gift cards. Thank you. more

Mother to be Treatment Package 9/6/2011

I have used this day spa many many times and I must say that this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any establishment. When I called to book the appointment the person on the phone had no clue. It took in excess of 20 minutes to make the appointment. My 80 minute massage was NOT GOOD. I use this place because I have always been more than satisfied with their massages. The woman had the had strength of a newborn. Worst massage EVER. The manicure and pedicure was good. Not great but much better than the massage. The lady was very sweet and did a nice job with the polish and scrub treatments. Checkout was a nightmare because the person who made the appointment put in the wrong treatments. Ugh, never again. Never. more

Everyone was very professional. I loved the robes and lounge. Only small complaints is the shoes that they give you to wear were too tight. Loved the place. Will go back again. more

Pain relief 9/5/2011

Great massage as usual! I was having neck & shoulder aches, but could tell a difference as soon as I left the spa. Muscle tension is such a headache...literally! more

This is my favorite spa, the estheticians are phenomenal. My only complaint is the "quiet room." It's annoying, claustrophobic, and I always feel impatient when I'm in there. Would much prefer a different atmosphere for a waiting room. Otherwise, great place! more

Reflexology treatment 8/27/2011

Very disappointed, as I was expecting hands on massaging of the feet. I have been to many reflexology techs, and never have I just sat there and soaked my feet, for the cost that you charged. Very disappointed, and your advertisement of the treatment is misleading. I came away from there in such a state of disappointment, I can't still believe that I used my birthday gift certificate of 50.00 to sit and soak my feet by myself. Absolutely absurd. I could have gone and had a pedicure and manicure for what I paid to soak. I feel you mislead me and for that I wouldn't come back again. I don't even have the heart to tell my neice my experience, as she uses your spa for massages. She would be devastated to think that my gift was useless. Sorry, but you asked my opinion. You definitely do not know what reflexology is, you need to take a refresher course if you continue to offer this service. more

I had an amazing day at the spa. I've only been to a spa once before in my life but I couldn't have walked out feeling more wonderful. Charmaine gave me the best massage, I will have to send my husband to her next time. The tea in the relaxation lounge is the best I've ever tasted. I also had a body wrap and a facial and they left me feeling awesome all over. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I couldn't recommend Skin Sense more!! more
