I enjoyed my experience and the manicure and pedicure were very nice. I was however disappointed with the front desk staff. Initially they were confused on the type of appointment. I telephoned prior to making an appointment to confirm the amount of a gift card that I had received in order to determine which services I could afford. At the time of my appointment, I also provided the gift card number. After the services were rendered I learned that I was given the incorrect amount of the gift card when I telephoned. It was very disappointing and although the staff apologized they did not offer any type of discount for the error. I understand mistakes happen, but since you offer weekly manicure and pedicure specials, this could have been extended in this case. I will recommend Skin Sense to my friends but will caution them with purchasing and receiving gift cards. Thank you.
