I make an appointment a couple of weeks ago and gave my credit card to "hold" the appointment. At checkout I paid with cash, unaware that they charged my credit card the day before, with out my knowledge, before the service was rendered. The clerk never said anything. I have no problem with you charging me if I don't show up, but don't charge me before the service is rendered. Then charge me twice, my account has yet to be credited for the initial charge, as I requested.Will be keeping an eye on my account and will be calling if the credit is not made.Highly unlikely I will be returning to this spa, don't like paying twice for a service, especially before I even receive it.
