Staff is always friendly and courteous. Pain takes a backseat to freindly conversation and comfort. Thank you ladies...always a pleasure!

had asked for a full body massage to be scheduled but was scheduled for an herbal wrap. also want to verify that I was being set up for a membership instead of series. but service...

Steam Room 12/4/2011

The overall experience was wonderful and relaxing. However the steam room had a foul smell. I was very disapointed because I really enjoy the steam room. Please fix this problem ASAP! more

I enjoy coming to this place for a waxing. It is sophisticated and calming. The treatment is relatively quick and clean while the staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is the best. more

I have been going to skin sense for years and think it's the best spa in Raleigh. I have tried a few other spas and they just don't compare to skin sense. I recently had a massage with Mary and really enjoyed it. She is so sweet, listens to your needs and gives a wonderful massage. I will be back again before Christmas. more

First Time at Spa Sense 11/28/2011

I truly felt pampered and relaxed by my experience. As a plus sized woman, I worry about fitting into robes,etc. The robe fit well and I was comfortable on the massage table. My massage therapist, Rodesa, was responsive to my requests. One request, different seating options in the relaxation room. The rockers looked comfortable but without arms on them, I would not have been able to get out of one. There was only one lounger, the other option was a straight backed chair. more

when i went back to wait for my turn, i couldn't believe the look of this room I felt transported back to the 70's. worn, tired and totally not what i would have like to see in this type of spa, especially for the amount I paid. Please spend the money i gave you, on upscale decor and less clutter in the front more
