Staff is always friendly and courteous. Pain takes a backseat to freindly conversation and comfort. Thank you ladies...always a pleasure!

had asked for a full body massage to be scheduled but was scheduled for an herbal wrap. also want to verify that I was being set up for a membership instead of series. but service...

Instant Aaahhh 7/11/2011

This was the second time I had gotten an Instant Aah and I did enjoy it. This was my opportunity to treat my daughters to a relaxing afternoon. Unfortunately the steam room was down for repairs when we were there, so we weren't able to detox a bit before or after our massages. This was the first time I had been to the North Raleigh facility, and it is very nice. I would go again. more

Would Not Recommend 7/1/2011

The girl that I had does not normally work at the Falls of Neuse store location (she normally works in Cary). Did a terrible job on my bikini-left hairs everywhere! I had to go get my eyebrows completely redone because she did them so poorly. they weren't even at all not to mention she took out hairs that she shouldn't have. would not recommend at all!!! go to european wax center! must better deal! more

So Worth it! 6/22/2011

I'm a athlete and I needed a relaxing place to get a last minute massage. I called the same day as my massage and was able to get a massage right away. The staff were so nice and welcoming, all the facilities were clean, and the overall experience was relaxing. Ill definitely go back again!! more
