As usual, my experience at the spa was great. However, I received too many text and email messages about the appointment. 1 to confirm, 1 to remind, to which I had to reply, then a confirmation of that reply, then a reminder on the day. And an email I had to confirm. This is too much, especially as I have to pay 10cents for each text message. I'm not so senior that I can't remember an appointment after one phone call or email.
