Worst

Today at 8/8/2018, Ryan S came to do our tune up on our a/c & he said everything is good no problem. He also told me the "ZONE ACTUATOR" its ever it broke the price to change that...

we have our a/c and furnace checked out every winter and summer. The people at Sierra are aware and concerned about our needs We had a technician by the name of Keith to our home yesterday and he gave us good and honest service. No hard sell from him and we appreciated it. Thanks again more

Heating and water heater inspection 1/29/2018

Jared and Robin were very helpful in setting up and checking my system. Jared came and left in a timely manner and was very polite. I would recommend Sierra to anyone. more

I have used Sierra Air for the past 3 or so years. They are professional and great to work with. I have 7 a/c units at my home and have always been happy with their repair and service. more

Winter Maintenance 10/30/2017

I have been dealing with Sierra for the past 13 years and have never had a bad experience. Today Matt B. performed Winter maintenance on my 2 year old Lennox heating system. Matt is a well educated young man who has the qualified training for my system. He went through his inspection check list professionally. He thoroughly answered all of my heating/air questions. I told him I want only him for all future servicing. more

Jon J. Saved The Day From Sierra. 7/16/2017

Dead of summer in Las Vegas, A/C motor broke. Called Sierra in the morning, within 2 hours they were at the house, and Jon J. knew exactly what was wrong with the unit. They did not charge any obnoxious extra fees, everything was stated ahead of time and everything was transparent. Very friendly and honest company. I've heard nightmare stories of friends waiting over a week for an appointment. One phone call, less than 2 hour wait for a certified knowledgeable tech. Very grateful, thank you! Michael. more

Highly Recommend Sierra and Wayne E. 6/28/2017

I didn’t expect same day service when I called with my AC problem but when the Sierra office called back that afternoon and said Wayne E. could be at my house in 20 minutes I was a happy camper. I tagged along with Wayne the entire time he was at my home (140 degrees in the attic) because I like to learn mechanical things. He was the nicest, most knowledgeable, courteous, and professional person I have ever dealt with. He explained all the issues, drew me sketches, took pictures and made me recommendations that truly were meant to be in my long term interests. I appreciated the manner in which he was honest with me. Wayne made the repairs while he was there and I got to sleep “cool” again that night thanks to him. I would highly recommend Sierra. I will surely call them next time I am in need of HVAC services. more
