Al arrived on time for a maintenance agreement service call. He introduced himself and was very polite and friendly. He explained what was going to happen and what he was checking for. He put on his "booties" before entering our home, and was very cautious about keeping things spotless. Even asked to wash his hands before touching the attic access panel, so no fingerprints. He did what he had to do in the "HOT" attic. Cleaned up inside the house then went outside to complete the checkup. When finished he completed paperwork and said everything checked out fine. First call with Al and was impressed with his work ethic and knowledge. Hope he returns for the next checkup.
