Today at 8/8/2018, Ryan S came to do our tune up on our a/c & he said everything is good no problem. He also told me the "ZONE ACTUATOR" its ever it broke the price to change that...

Al just performed the spring/summer AC maintenance and inspection. He was meticulous in keeping the home clean and thorough in his inspection and maintenance - he found an issue that could have been a problem and corrected that. He is obviously knowledgable - I appreciate his attention to detail. more

Alfred did the spring tune-up service call on our a/c units. did a thorough .. and professional job. gave the units a clean bill of health. wasn't distracted or annoyed by the attention from our dogs. gave us a tip on cleaning the grates on our filters. answered our questions. we renewed our service contract f/another year. Great experience!! 5/19/2017

I went thru Costco and Sierra A/C and they are very professional and on time as far as the appointment went today, I am having the unit installed Monday at my townhome. The units are Lennox and high quality and with that you will pay a little more than I expected but the rebates thru NV energy and Costco helped lessen the sticker shock. more

Great service from Al D. 5/12/2017

Al arrived on time for a maintenance agreement service call. He introduced himself and was very polite and friendly. He explained what was going to happen and what he was checking for. He put on his "booties" before entering our home, and was very cautious about keeping things spotless. Even asked to wash his hands before touching the attic access panel, so no fingerprints. He did what he had to do in the "HOT" attic. Cleaned up inside the house then went outside to complete the checkup. When finished he completed paperwork and said everything checked out fine. First call with Al and was impressed with his work ethic and knowledge. Hope he returns for the next checkup. more

Reports 5/10/2017

Sierra Air does not follow up with the inspection reports that their technicians claim will be sent. Sierra Air inspects our system twice a year and each time I have to go through the automated answering system and service to get to customer service and ask them to send the promised report. more

Matt is a very knowledgeable person for this company. We had many people come here to find out why our system was continually shutting itself off. Thank heavens for Matt he was the first man to find the problem created by a previous worker. Matt is also very personable and one I hope continues with Sierra AC.
