Tech was late for the very first visit. I had to personally call them to inquire after my 4hr window time had already passed. They informed me the tech was running behind. I let it go, even though I was not happy they couldn’t call me to inform me. Bad customer service. After seeing the tech for a diagnosis of my unit, I scheduled a second appt to repair what was suggested. On my second appt, I was scheduled between 12-4. I fell asleep on my couch waiting for a phone call or knock on my door, which I did not receive either. It was 5:30 when I woke up and I hadn’t heard anything from them. So, I personally called again, like I did my first visit, and the girl couldn’t really explain what happened only that she would reschedule me. I denied and hung up. I received a call from Jennifer, supposedly a manager, I missed her initial call and called back. She has yet to call me back. Horrible experience! I had a referral lined up, too, I let them know right away my horrible experience. I found another company.
