Dead of summer in Las Vegas, A/C motor broke. Called Sierra in the morning, within 2 hours they were at the house, and Jon J. knew exactly what was wrong with the unit. They did not charge any obnoxious extra fees, everything was stated ahead of time and everything was transparent. Very friendly and honest company. I've heard nightmare stories of friends waiting over a week for an appointment. One phone call, less than 2 hour wait for a certified knowledgeable tech. Very grateful, thank you! Michael.
