I didn’t expect same day service when I called with my AC problem but when the Sierra office called back that afternoon and said Wayne E. could be at my house in 20 minutes I was a happy camper. I tagged along with Wayne the entire time he was at my home (140 degrees in the attic) because I like to learn mechanical things. He was the nicest, most knowledgeable, courteous, and professional person I have ever dealt with. He explained all the issues, drew me sketches, took pictures and made me recommendations that truly were meant to be in my long term interests. I appreciated the manner in which he was honest with me. Wayne made the repairs while he was there and I got to sleep “cool” again that night thanks to him. I would highly recommend Sierra. I will surely call them next time I am in need of HVAC services.
