We signed up through Costco to have Sierra Air give us an energy eval and quote for new A/C units on our home. We had already received 2 other quotes from other companies, but Sierra Air earned our trust and business. From the phone call from Andie to book the appointment to the actual eval & quote from Chris in our home, everything was spot on professional and exactly on time! Chris took the time to educate us on the various systems available and on how A/C units work in general. Sierra wasn't the least expensive company we spoke with, but their quality of service and product has given us the comfort of knowing once the units are installed they will be backed by the best! We are looking forward to doing business with Sierra Air!
