Sierra Air has been doing the winter and summer service on my house since 2009. They are very competitive and always have had very good technicians perform the work in a timely and thoughtful manner. The last 2 services, including my winter service 2 days ago, have been done by Luis. This gentleman epitomizes quality customer service. Polite, clean, and thorough. He arrived on time, fully explained the servicing he would perform, told me how long it would take, the cost, and even had some part delivered to repair an attachment he wanted to correct ( at no cost). Excellent!!
