Shine was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process ahead of me. I had to deal with a third party insurance company, a rental car etc. I had never dealt with that before, they knew the process and walked me through it. Not only did they help make the process less painful, they did a spectacular job on my car. It was done ahead of schedule and looks perfect. They even cleaned my car inside and out! I have two kids and my car was TRASHED. I heart them.
