Free Home and Duct Performance Test by Zack Smith 12/23/2014

Zack Smith conducted the testing. What a wonderfully professional and competent young man. While I had no idea what he was testing for (my system seemed to be working perfectly well for me) he explained what he did and was clear and patient in doing so. His polite manner instilled confidence that he really did know what he was doing and was able to explain to me what is necessary to bring the system up to compliance. While I may not do everything he suggested, there are some items that do need immediate attention. The testing took 4 hours to complete and he was in and out of the house many times. Each time he was careful to either remove or replace his protective "booties" so as not to track mud into the house. All in all I was totally satisfied with the procedure and with Zack. I would hope any son of mine made as good an impression as he did and was a competent. more

From the sales presentation to the service installation, all of the gentlemen at Service Champions did an outstanding job. They made the entire process very good. Zack is GREAT 11/15/2014

This company continues to outdo itself. Zach did a whole house evaluation....yes he crawled under the house. He is professional, pleasant, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and just plain nice. By the end of the day, my two kids were following him around and our 1 yo let him hold him!! Zach was great absolutely great. We have been members for 3 years and we just upgraded and signed another 3 year contract. This company ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even though we will need some work done, Zach was not pushy just professional. He explained everything very well We plan to be long term members. Thank you Zach more

I was very pleased with the service that I received from Nick W. from Service Champions Sacramento. Nick W was courteous, professional and thorough. He went took the extra steps to explain everything that was he was doing and even explained what to look for with potential issues from normal wear and tear. He went through each step and explained everything clearly and thoroughly for a non electronic and non handy person. I highly recommend Nick W and have even forwarded his information to friends looking for heating and a/c services. more

Brandon's service visit 10/24/2014

Brandon was professional and courteous. I feel that he did a good job. But I am becoming increasing dissatisfied with the direction your company is heading. You seem to be expanding and adding on new services or installations. You are offering a lot of new inspections; even when I don't request one. But the inspections seem to lead to more hard core sales of high end items. This I won't tolerate. I don't like hard core sales techniques having been trained in them myself in the past. If desired inspections provide additional information..that is fine. But if each step of the inspection simply leads up to a hard core sales presentation, I will depart company from you. What I want is service inspections and recommendations on the exist equipment, basically heating and cooling. more

Bi-annual service 10/21/2014

This is our 3rd or 4th preventive service call. We purchased a service contract after the first visit and have had a new furnace installed by Service Champions. The techs have consistently been knowledgeable, friendly and treated us and our home with courtesy. They carefully check for problems and offer reasonable suggestions, if needed. On this visit, both Nick and DJ (trainee) were great. more

Blown Fuse 9/30/2014

I had a blown fuse and Travis M. had it fixed for me in a matter of minutes. He even checked the amperage of the system to make sure it wouldn't happen again. He saved me from a sweaty night. Thanks Travis. more
