Review of Zack Smith 7/26/2014

Zack came to my house on July 26, 2014 to perform tests on my heating and air conditioning system. He projected a confident, knowledgeable, and agreeable attitude. He performed a computerized duct test, an airflow test and a duct inspection. He also devoted considerable time to an explanation of his services, recommendations and discussing a variety of options available in connection with my aging cooling and heating system. Good job Zack - keep it up. more

Air Conditioning Blower failed 7/17/2014

Called the evening before and reached a live company representative. The following afternoon, Nick, arrived on schedule. After a quick confirmation, Nick located the problem and replaced the blower capacitor. He also checked the Air Conditioning unit itself, cleaned it and checked our house electrical. Nick is an excellent technician, has a great personality, which made it a pleasure to work with him. Air Conditioner is back in perfect shape and the house feels cool once again. A very happy customer. more

Service Champion Air Conditioning Service 7/14/2014

Spencer came out to perform a pressure test of the A/C duct work. He did an excellent job. Additionally he was very professional, was on time and explained the test results in a very clear and concise manner. All our experiences so far with Service Champions have been very good. more

Service Champion, Nicholas Griffin 7/13/2014

Nick came to our house today, July 13, as a follow-up, to confirm a report of a cracked heat exchanger. He found the crack and also diagnosed and corrected a problem with our AC unit. Nicholas Griffin is a total professional. His customer service skills are excellent. Nicholas gave us a customer experience that far exceeded our expectations. Great Service 7/12/2014

Nick was great through the entire process. He was very thorough, and explained each step of the tune up. Our A/C was not cooling the house properly, and Nick found that it was low on Freon. He took the extra time to examine the complete system, and now it works great. I know from experience that summer is a very busy time for A/C technicians, and not once did it feel like he was trying to rush to the next job. At the end of the repair Nick left his Business card, and wrote his direct contact number on the invoice (he stated that if there were any questions or concerns to please call him). To me this shows that he truly cares!!!! more

Great Job. Prompt. Polite and Great Customer Service 7/9/2014

Had our AC go out and with 2 kids in the house needed it fixed as soon as possible. Prompt response from the main office and they had Nick come out that night to fix it. Had the part, fixed and cleaned the unit. Cost was lower than expected and would definitely feel comfortable recommending them. more

Nick arrived on-time and found our problem (a loose wire) in short order. Liked him so much we will have him back to replace our HVAC systems within the next few years as they are very old. Price was fair, happy customer. more

AC equipment evaluation by Zack S 6/9/2014

Zack arrived on time. He was polite, efficient and clean. He took extra care not to scruff the walls and care for our flooring during the evaluation. The task included the inspection of ducting and the AC unit in the attic. Though the day was warm and I sure the working conditions trying, Zack always was pleasant. Upon completion, Zack took the time to explain, in detail, the condition of our system, complete with pictures. Zack was very pleasant to work with. DMW more

Service appt on May 12, 2014 to assess problem w Air Conditioning Unit 5/12/2014

Travis was exceptional! He came with detailed knowledge of our reported problem. He told me what part of the house he'd need to access, and asked permission to do so. He went right to work, and figured out the problem w/i 15 minutes. He reported to me what was inoperative, and how he planned to fix it. When he said "5 days" and I requested a shorter time, due to both a business in the home, and a large Wednesday night gathering, Travis called in to request a rush order. He came back to report that SC would overnight the part, so he would be here on Wednesday to install it. That made me feel like a valued customer! more
