Brandon was professional and courteous. I feel that he did a good job. But I am becoming increasing dissatisfied with the direction your company is heading. You seem to be expanding and adding on new services or installations. You are offering a lot of new inspections; even when I don't request one. But the inspections seem to lead to more hard core sales of high end items. This I won't tolerate. I don't like hard core sales techniques having been trained in them myself in the past. If desired inspections provide additional information..that is fine. But if each step of the inspection simply leads up to a hard core sales presentation, I will depart company from you. What I want is service inspections and recommendations on the exist equipment, basically heating and cooling.
