Brandon M. was very polite and efficient in all that he did. He made sure that we knew exactly what he was going to do while here and answered all our questions clearly and professionally. I felt our system was in good hands with Brandon and hope that we will be fortunate enough to have him for our next service call. more

Annual Service Check 9/11/2014

Brandon M from Service Champions was out here today performing an annual service check on my heating and AC equipment. He was very professional, friendly, and pleasant. He went about his business and informed me of the results including anything that needed attention. Brandon was very concious of keeping our home clean and wore booties to be sure he didn't track anything inside. He did a good job and and is a good representive of his company. - Pete A more

Professional Air Conditioning tune-up 9/4/2014

I used Service Champions for an Air Conditioning tune-up and I was very happy with my technician, Brandon Matau. He found some issues that need to be addressed and then referred me to the appropriate specialist at Service Champions. Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable. I was so happy with his work that I joined their MVP Gold program for ongoing maintenance. It is refreshing to find such good talent in the service industry these days, so I was happy that Brandon was my technician today. more

Zack Smith, Service Champions 8/19/2014

On Aug 1, 2014, Zack went into my attic to check my air ducts. I was impressed that he took cell phone pictures to show me where the problems were located of air leakage. He thoroughly went over each picture to explain the situation. In addition to his work knowledge, he displayed the Service Champions phone number image of "I'm Happy." You could tell he loved his job and also his co-workers. Thank you for your great service. more

Air Conditioner Check up on August 11 8/12/2014

Nick Griffin arrived on schedule and proceeded to check the AC, as planned. He was very personable and even offered to change light bulbs for me. After he was done with the check up which included going up into the hot attic, he explained everything he did. I am very pleased with this service and can now rest assured that my AC is in good working order. The price was excellent and I would not hesitate to use this service again. more
