During the last 10 years, every person form Service Champions who has helped us over the phone or serviced our furnace and air conditioning equipment has been helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable. Zack recently gave us an energy audit, which proved to be very useful and informative, especially the photos he showed us of a few problem areas we plan to take care of--of course with Service Champions! more

Quote on Insulation 1/20/2015

Stephen recently came out to give me a quote on insulation. He also helped me get a new H/AC unit March 2014. He was helpful, courteous, and very professional. I feel I got a good quality H/AC system for a good price. Still deciding on the insulation but Stephen was great in explaining the details involved. more

Zack Smith took great care with the performance efficiency testing of my heat pump. He explained in detail with photos and written report of the status of my system. He made suggestions for improved efficiency without pushing products. more

Very careful and complete service 1/3/2015

Zach Smith checked the whole system including all the vents very carefully. He was much more careful and complete than any other service person who came before. He even took time to think about extra questions that we had. Very highly recommended. more

Ben Baker Excellent job 12/31/2014

Ben was on time, I so appreciated that he was on time. He knows his job well, he explained to me in detail how he was going to perform my HVAC tune-up. When he was finished with his tune-up he showed me photos of my HVAC where the ducts were damaged and what could be done to correct the problem. Spencer Strand at Service Champions Heat/AC 12/30/2014

Spencer is very knowledgeable. He discovered a rare problem that was costing me higher energy bills and fixed it. He made additional suggestions that will help my system last longer. He is friendly and clean with his work. I was in good hands. This has been the best Heating and Air company I have ever dealt with definitely the most knowledgeable technicians. Nice guys, too. more

Furnace Problem 12/30/2014

Furnace stopped heating because flue pipe had excess accumulation of water from condensation. Nick knew right away what the problem was and how to get it fixed so it wouldn't be a continuing problem. Very happy to know right away what the problem was because I had all sorts of doomsday scenarios. Thank you, Nick. more
