Zack was very efficient and professional. He did a great job testing and reviewing all the results. His explanation pointed out what the tests covered and where the equipment levels were. He answered all of our questions. Zack was very pleasant. more

Service Champions - Chris Olsen 3/19/2015

I have been using Service Champions for years and I am very satisfied with their service. Chris Olsen helped me tremendously with his usefulness and competence regarding selections available for the repairs I needed on insulation and duct repair. He made sure I knew exactly what the problems were, showing me photos and explaining what caused the problem and options for repair. Chris was very personable and made I enjoyed working with him. All employees of Service Champions that I have dealt with from service techs to sales persons and phone service have been exceptional and easy to work with. They care for the customers needs. More importantly all of them are competent service people and they all enjoy working for the company. I am so pleased that I found Service Champions and have the chance to work with employees like Chris Olsen. more

Wanted to recognize Nicholas Griffin for his recent service call. He was very professional, polite and represented his company extremely well. He is very knowledgeable and explained to my understanding, any questions I had for him. I felt no discomfort having him in my home. He has a very pleasant personality , was well groomed and his uniform was very clean, a sign he takes his job seriously and respects the company he works for. I was always impressed with service champions visits, however i have a new respect and understanding for my heating and air system. I was Friendly greeted by a handsome young man named DJ, from the start he was very polite and sincerely asked questions about myself, the home, and any concerns i or my family had. He was very infomative, he was able to paint a vivid picture of how my system works showing my pieces of my system. hands on learning. Very impressed! more

The technician, DJ, was on time, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He checked all the equipment out and explained what he had found and went over how all the equipment functioned in detail. He did a great job and represents Service Champions very well. more

He accomidated all of my requests and exceeded my expectations. I have had some service visits in passed years from other companies that were not up to par, but this one was great. more
