Zack Smith conducted the testing. What a wonderfully professional and competent young man. While I had no idea what he was testing for (my system seemed to be working perfectly well for me) he explained what he did and was clear and patient in doing so. His polite manner instilled confidence that he really did know what he was doing and was able to explain to me what is necessary to bring the system up to compliance. While I may not do everything he suggested, there are some items that do need immediate attention. The testing took 4 hours to complete and he was in and out of the house many times. Each time he was careful to either remove or replace his protective "booties" so as not to track mud into the house. All in all I was totally satisfied with the procedure and with Zack. I would hope any son of mine made as good an impression as he did and was a competent.
