I am so very happy with Service Champions service and products. Service Champions is a very honorable and trustworthy company. I have always received superb service from this company. Michael K serviced my heating and air cond. system. He was very professional and very thorough. He explained the service call fully. I told him the Heat Pump H/A system I purchased with in the past year makes a loud noise when it starts up. He assured me that the system is in good condition, but did say that there is a battery operated quick start device that could be added that should quiet starter. I decided to have this added to my system. It did quiet the starter so I am pleased. Thank you Michael Kinzel and Service Champions! more

Zach was very helpful to correct issues from past services. He explained what he was doing and provided a drawing so I could better understand the problem. I would definitely request Zach for future services. more

A/C turn-up 8/25/2015

Michael was very knowledgable, he helped me to understand the main problem with my new condo, that I bought recently. The a/c was fine, he checked everything, but there was no insulation in the attic. Insulation is very critical for keeping desirable home temperature in the summer and in the winter as well. I would recommend this company, it's a very honest business. more

Review for Zack 8/20/2015

Zack's return visit took care of what was happening with our drainage from attic to outside. He went above and beyond by adding new pipe outside to keep the water away from the house. As always, very happy with our Service Champs. more

Zack S. had great service all around. He was prompt, knowledgable, transparent in letting me know what steps he would be taking throughout the entire service call, helpful, and polite. I appreciated that I didn't feel talked down to, I was respected and treated like a valuable customer, and had all of my questions answered in a helpful and educated manner. more

He was also very tidy. He took his time explaining everything he was doing and then went over the results very thoroughly. I would not hesitate to recommend Zack to anyone for a whole house evaluation. more
