Michael was very knowledgable, he helped me to understand the main problem with my new condo, that I bought recently. The a/c was fine, he checked everything, but there was no insulation in the attic. Insulation is very critical for keeping desirable home temperature in the summer and in the winter as well. I would recommend this company, it's a very honest business.
