I have so many things to say about Robert VanAlstyne and the staff @ Scott Clark Toyota. \r I sent in my pre-approval email on Sunday night and first thing Monday morning I received a phone call from Robert. I explained everything that was going on with my old car (Chevy Colbalt) and how much I still owed on my car, as well as what my payments were. I was very upfront with everything and I asked Robert if he thought he could help me. You see I did not want my payments going up. He said come on down and let see what he can do. I did not get down to Scott Clark Toyota until after 6pm and Robert was there waiting on me. I had my eye on this little 2009 blue Yaris.Took it out for a test drive and I fell in love with my little putt putt. We came back and he asked me to have a seat and let him see what he could do. He went and talked with Christopher "Taz" Andrews (Finance Director). Taz came over, sat down and talked with me for a little bit, giving me some helpful advice on how to get some
