It has been a great experience from the start. 5/7/2010

We have been using SCI Solutions for a little over a year. We did a total revamp of our patient access center and joined all central scheduling into a patient access call center. We started one year ago with 30 sending users and we now cover 230 sending users. And, we cover 170 physicians. SCI has afforded us the ability to decrease the amount of lost phone calls. Patient satisfaction has improved and physician office satisfaction has improved. We are able to give time back to the office staff. So offices that have nurses submitting orders have more actual nursing time. Community satisfaction on the whole has increased. There communication is great. They have webinars and they send emails. I have never had a hard time getting through on their customer support line, and they stay with you until everything is resolved. It has been a great experience from the start. Great implementation team and Great product! 4/16/2010

The implementation process was very thorough and easy. The staff were great with recommendations on how to set up the system for best use at our facilities. The trainer was excellent and worked well with the implementation team, central scheduling and the Physician's offices. This system has reduced the loss and inaccuracy of orders greatly. I used to get complaints daily from patients and Physicians in regards to missing orders, I rarely receieve calls now. Thank you!!! more

Exceptional...from customer service to sales to implementation. 3/22/2010

SCI's service has been outstanding. We went live in December at one site and are going live next week at our main hospital. We are doing a systems transformation at our facility and, prior to our experience with SCI Solutions, we had been searching for a scheduling product for 2 years. We were using a free product from the VA and we were not generating any revenue increases at all. We started looking at 2 different scheduling products and then I went to a conference where someone recommended SCI Solutions, so I took the referral back to my group. We called SCI and got a demonstration, and decided to use their Schedule Maximizer. Already, we have seen some results. Some of our providers have noticed that they are able to see more patients and things are getting scheduled accurately. I like that SCI's product ties everything together at the front door: preregistration, scheduling, and billing. Their customer service is outstanding. They have bent over backwards to assist us with any problems and they are always available. It has been a really good experience and I have learned a lot building the database. Positive Change for the Hospital 2/18/2010

I believe Order Facilitator has made a positive change for the hospital in receiving/completing order in a timely, more efficient manner. The only concerns with the system were due to lack of experience from the user. The program itself, has delivered on what it promises. more

We used to lose a lot of orders, but with the Order Facilitator we have not lost any. That is a big relief -- not to worry about getting the orders -- and we can schedule the patients in a timely manner. more

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH ORDER FACILITATOR AND THE IMPLEMENTION OF IT. IT WENT VERY SMOOTHLY AND ALL THE OFFICES WERE GLAD TO GET IT. SCI wasn't difficult to work with and was easy set up and to train staff. We have so many entities that the set up proved to be very repetitive, so for me, some kind of copy function would have been helpful. I haven't had time to look at the reporting functions yet, but SCI has sent some preliminary reporting to me right after we went live to show that it is being used by our referring doctor's offices. more

I liked what I saw when we had the demonstration by SCI Solutions. They had one of the most user-friendly programs for scheduling patients. We started using Schedule Maximizer in October 2001 and went live with Order Facilitator in December 2006. We have had a great experience with SCI. The people I contact and work with when I have a problem are always quick to respond. They listen when you make suggestions about something that could be done a little better, and they take those things to heart. We started using SCI Solutions in the early fall of 2008. We use their Order Facilitator product, which has been better than I expected in that we have had minimal disruptions. I had imagined many more disruptions and more wait time, but that has not been the case. I can always get a hold of SCI and they always get right back to me. I feel as if I am getting exclusive service every time. My experience with them has been very positive. Every change takes some time and doing, and this one is definitely worth the investment. We decided to use SCI Solutions because their solution for our scheduling department and ordering offices was fairly all-inclusive. SCI provided a quick and easy solution to handle the high volume of faxes and phone calls that we had coming in. From Day One, they were quick to respond, very professional, and very hands-on during the training and set-up. They clearly know what they are doing. We implemented Order Facilitator just over a year ago and we could not be more pleased with the ability to streamline our physician order process. We feel this product has allowed us to greatly improve our relationship with our physician offices as well. Patient Satisfaction is improved as we have the order on file when the patient has forgotten their order. Order Facilitator has allowed us to create efficiencies within our scheduling areas. SCI Solutions was recommended to us by Galvanon, now NCR, because we started using a kiosk system for patient check-in, and we wanted an application that worked well with it. We use SCI's Schedule Maximizer as well as their physician portals. We have been using SCI for 5 or 6 years now and have had an excellent experience with them. They are always available. It is very rare that they cannot answer your question on the first phone call. They are a company that works very hard to meet their customers' needs, and that is a big plus. We have been very satisfied with SCI Solutions' Schedule Maximizer product and their customer-focused support. We have expanded based on the value that we found as we increased our use of the product. The SCI analyst that I work with is top-notch and their customer support is probably the best of any software vendor we have ever worked with. I frequently recommend SCI Solutions because their software is very user-friendly, especially for the system administrator. No tech or programming experience is needed. Their Worklist feature, in particular, is very adaptable. Our experience with SCI Solutions has been excellent. They are one of the cornerstones of our revenue. We started using SCI Solutions because we wanted to put everyone on the same page. Our hospital is not centralized scheduling, so different departments were using different systems and there was some double-booking occurring. Our schedulers love SCI. In addition to getting everyone on the same page, we have enjoyed extra benefits, such as the appointment reminders that we are able to send -- through letters, phone, and email. SCI's implementation team has been outstanding. They are like the three Superheroes on SCI's website. We went live with Order Facilitator 1-1/2 years ago. It was an unusual story because the person I hired for the SCI administrative position at our hospital had to be terminated. We were live but not everything was being done to promote the product. If it were not for SCI's implementation team, I do not know what I would have done. They took extra time to train me and another staff member, doing everything they could to get us up to speed. We went live with Schedule Maximizer in June and are currently in the process of changing out our entire core system. I have had a chance to do some site visits at other hospitals and have noticed that, because of SCI Solutions, we are ahead of the game in terms of technology. This makes me very proud of our hospital. Using SCI also helps break down the walls and open up the line of communication between hospitals and physician offices. If you have any problems with physician offices, this is a good solution. I have already recommended SCI. We have been using SCI Solutions for about a year and they are very accessible. From a relationship standpoint, they listen, they are attentive and they are easy to work with. We use their Order Facilitator product, which is rolled out to physician offices. We provide training and show the offices the benefits of using the system. Order Facilitator is clear and legible because it is electronic. Physician offices benefit from the product because they do not have to wait on the phone to schedule their patients. They can simply send the order at a time that is convenient for them and check the status of the order. Then, when we schedule it, we enter the information into the system and they know their patient has been scheduled, so the loop is closed. We currently have 10 active users and would like to see it rolled out to more offices but we do not have the dedicated marketing resources right now. Our long-term goal is to grow this and use it as a community referral solution. During the implementation phase of the product, SCI was very thorough. They talked through potential issues and concerns with us. I also appreciate that they think outside of the box, specifically in terms of how to improve and make things better for their clients. For example, given the current economic climate, they are looking at their pricing and payment strategy. They are asking questions like how they can be innovative in terms of restructuring their pricing and making it accessible to clients. Their strategic approach to pricing and payment is also reflective of their technology. The challenge for SCI is to have a product that has value and is as user-friendly as possible, to minimize how many steps physician offices have to take when using the system. Their product is both user-friendly and valuable in terms of what the overall goal is. However, sometimes the goals of hospitals and physician offices do not always align, so SCI is trying to align that as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible. Painless build and installation. Great results. 7/2/2009

We looked at 5 different kinds of software before deciding to use SCI Solutions. We chose SCI mainly because of the report capability, which we found very appealing. SCI's report capability allows you to pull up a lot of the information you need in a canned report form that you can then customize. This fit with what we were doing and helped us immensely. Getting started with their software was one of the most painless builds and installations I have ever experienced. We also have noticed that the volume has increased 5 percent in departments where we are using the software. This is significant, as we had estimated a 1-percent increase. We have taken over 5 or 6 departments and are planning to use the software across additional departments as well. SCI's help desk is staffed by some of the nicest people. They are responsive and patient even when we ask stupid questions. We have had a great relationship with SCI Solutions. I have already recommended them to others.
