Review content:
We implemented Order Facilitator just over a year ago and we could not be more pleased with the ability to streamline our physician order process. We feel this product has allowed us to greatly improve our relationship with our physician offices as well. Patient Satisfaction is improved as we have the order on file when the patient has forgotten their order. Order Facilitator has allowed us to create efficiencies within our scheduling areas.
Due to the success of Order Facilitator, we are currently in the implementation phase of Schedule Maximizer. We are looking forward to incredible efficiencies within all scheduling areas as well as the opportunities to utilize the worklists for pre-registration, insurance authorization and more.
