We decided to use SCI Solutions because their solution for our scheduling department and ordering offices was fairly all-inclusive. SCI provided a quick and easy solution to handle the high volume of faxes and phone calls that we had coming in.
From Day One, they were quick to respond, very professional, and very hands-on during the training and set-up. They clearly know what they are doing.
We have been using SCI Solutions for 12 months now. Their solution was so effective in Beaumont and Port Arthur that we have expanded to other campuses: Every imaging center and hospital has gotten on board. It also has been popular with physician offices.
