SCI's service has been outstanding. We went live in December at one site and are going live next week at our main hospital.
We are doing a systems transformation at our facility and, prior to our experience with SCI Solutions, we had been searching for a scheduling product for 2 years. We were using a free product from the VA and we were not generating any revenue increases at all.
We started looking at 2 different scheduling products and then I went to a conference where someone recommended SCI Solutions, so I took the referral back to my group. We called SCI and got a demonstration, and decided to use their Schedule Maximizer.
Already, we have seen some results. Some of our providers have noticed that they are able to see more patients and things are getting scheduled accurately. I like that SCI's product ties everything together at the front door: preregistration, scheduling, and billing.
Their customer service is outstanding. They have bent over backwards to assist us with any problems and they are always available. It has been a really good experience and I have learned a lot building the database.
