Maybe I just got real lucky, but let me tell you that my experience with the service guys at SM BMW were just absolutely awesome--no gimmicks, no frills, and no BS! Took my father's BMW in for service--for all sorts of reasons--and walked in was assisted by Reyes Silva, service adviser. He was just awesome--down to earth, and we explained to him (wrote a list) of the things we needed things to be checked. At the same time, we made it very clear that we weren't interested in any other external work to be done--and insisted that we would refuse to pay for any other services. He understood my request, and took my vehicle in for service. Because we had no ride, out of warranty, and unable to use their complementary vehicle loaner, they called a cab and offered to pay the tab, however, we refused, unable to accept that generous offer. When I picked up my vehicle, everything was in perfect condition. No flaws, no mistakes, and the actual charges were slightly lower than its estimate--always a positive thing! Overall, I felt that their service was much improved than ever before, and props to Reyes Silva--keep up the great work!
