Charles, my service rep, was quick and to the point 2/8/2011

This was my first time to Santa Monica BMW. I have been using Beverly Hills BMW in the past. I have been using Beverly Hills BMW in the past. I was really happy with my experience. Charles, my service rep, was quick and to the point. Called me to let me know the status of my car and gave me a realistic estimate on when it would be finished. I have already told a couple of my friends who also own a bMW to go there. I have always heard that the sales staff at this dealership was not the greatest. A friend of mine in particular had a real bad experience. As a result, I have always hesitated in going there. I can say that after this, I will definitely use the service department again. They were just stellar. more

I was satisfied with my experience at SM BMW and with the attention I received from Charles Hicks. As a result, I've decided to change from Beverly Hills BMW to Santa Monica BMW for all the work I may need on my 750i. more

Far more friendly 12/29/2010

After three BMW's, I find that the staff at Santa Monica BMW is far more friendly and helpful than Southbay BMW, Beverly Hills BMW, Nick Alexendar BMW, Center BMW, and Pacific BMW, all of which I have been to and will not go to again unless I absolutely have to. more

Alicia was the best service rep I've ever dealt with. She was knowledgable, quick, considerate, smart and thorough. She even had the car parked for the quickest, safest exit from the dealership. Truly top notch. more

Very impressed 12/21/2010

I think Sven Larsen is a real assset to Santa Monica BMW. I also think that Jason Schimmel has a bright future with the dealership. He treats his customer with respect and is very professional in his dealings with customer. I was very impressed by the professionalism and behavior of both the CPO manager Sven Larsen and my sales person Jason Schimmel. Both of these gentlemen were very straighforward and decent. There was no excessive haggling and they went out of their ways to make the whole buying experience as smooth as possible. more

Quite extraordinary 12/17/2010

Our sales person (I'm sorry I can't think of his name, perhaps it was Malcom?) was quite wonderful. He was attentive to me and my young adult son with the right amount of concern for both our needs. He gave my son his direct cell phone number and told him to call anytime of day or night if he needed anything, quite extraordinary! more

Blew me away 12/15/2010

This is my 2nd CPO SM BMW purchase - what can you offer me if I come back again in the future for my 3rd? *After taking ownership Alfredo Medino told me he was new to SMBMW and still learning. This blew me away because I wanted to suggest to management that he was working below his means and should be promoted - I will easily come back to SMBMW for my 3rd purchase if Alfredo is still there and he will work with me again....this goes for Ben as well!! more

Worth the trip 12/10/2010

I was able to negotiate the price over the phone. That made it worth the trip to Santa Monica from Temecula. Also we got a better interest rate than another dealer more

Wonderful experience 12/8/2010

SM BMW was very kind and all staff helpful and answered any questions I had! I drove away in my new BMW excited !!! I love my new car. I had a wonderful experience with Santa Monica BMW. I have had 3 previous BMW's and loved all three-past cars. I am so thrilled about my new BMW, and the sales staff and financial services department at SM BMW were very kind and made my experience wonderful. I would recommend SM BMW ! more

Mike Potter, my salesman, was exceptional. He is a true gentleman who put me & my wife at east. He is a wonderful, kind counterpoint to every bad thing that can be said about sterotypical car salesmen. And Henry, our finance guy, was so great. more

Good experience 12/1/2010

There was a snag with the title release which was out of SMBMW's control and SMBMW provided a new loaner car. Richard worked hard to make a deal and was straight forward in his approach. This was a good experience and we would return for a car in the future. more

Amazing 11/23/2010

I have now leased three cars from SM BMW, dealing with Hans each time. I got competitive price info from a couple of other sources but I strongly preferred to stick with Hans, because of the relationship we have built up over the years -- he is amazing. more

Wonderful sales person 11/18/2010

The dealership has a terrible reputation on the internet but it was my wonderful sales person that really worked out a deal for me that changed my mind. He is a strong asset. I had been there before and never really got much attention from the others. more
