The service at BMW is the worst I have ever experienced. They have lied to me on multiple occasions. RUN AWAY from Santa Monica. How can you trust a dealership that PAYS for REVIEWS!!!
To prove it just take a look at all the OTHER businesses that the 5 star reviewers have reviewed . It is a paid service that SM BMW uses to get these great reviews.
When you click on the user that gave 5 stars you will notice that they also bought or serviced their car at many dealers all over California, and they only give great reviews and 5 stars. And all these reviewers also reviewed the exact same businesses across California.. SCAM SCAM.. shame on Santa Monica BMW.
Take a look at all the terrible reviews they received on yelp.
Of course I am assuming that they paid for all these, they may have traded services or just have all their employees swap reviews with others...
