After another company thru a home warranty provided a wrong diagnosis and remedy to our furnace problem, I called Russell's the same day as comp. 1 said it would be 3 days to return to my home (low temp was 24 that evening). Amazing Service 10/22/2020

Techs that are knowledgeable, explains issues with solid course of actions with pros and cons for each are hard to fine. Mr. Boone walked me through all deficiencies as well as some useful equipment that would help for emergencies. I have used Russell's for about a decade and always received quality service. more

Outstanding service 3/16/2020

Harrison Boone provided outstanding service on my Hvac system as well as replacing the gas water heater vent pipe because of safety issues from a previous water heater replacement done by a less professional company. He didn’t act rushed and was very personable, taking time to explain the work he was to perform and in the case of the w/h vent pipe the safety issues and necessity. It would nice if you could rely on all people who do work on your home, that you have no idea if it’s done correctly/and is not easy for you to see, to do the work properly. Harrison completed the jobs in a timely and efficient manner putting my mind at ease that the result was correct and safe. more

Andrew and David arrived on time and were very professional. They explained what was going to happen and how long it would take. The work they did looks excellent. They were very clean and left the house just the way it was when they arrived. I would highly recommend Andrew and David for any HVAC install. more

Jason Morgan is an exceptional plumber, and he delivered and installed our new hot water heater as promised. He also brought out two mobile a/c units to cool our house as we await installation of a new a/c - furnace for our home. Both the water heater and a/c units went out at roughly the same time, and both Jason and Russells's have delivered strong service to our family when others could not. Jason was ably assisted by Alex who also represented well the high quality of the Russell's staff. Thank you, Jason and Alex. more

Grant has worked on outside faucet at one home and toilet replacement at another. He does not waste time yet let’s you know the what and why while.doing a great job. Pricing is not cheapest but not highest either. In Grant I always know I get the best. more

Fall maintenance visit and more 12/22/2018

Roderick Mowatt conducted our semi-annual maintenance professionally and on time. While he was here he was tasked with additional work to support a Russell's installation of a back up generator. He took that all in stride, effectively installed gas regulators, and ensured that we would have natural gas restored that night. more

Installation of York HVAC Unit 11/9/2018

Andrew T an Tyler installed a York HVAC in my home today. Both men were very professional and courteous. They worked clean and finished their installation ahead of time, which was amazing to me because the closet holding my HVAC is very small. After they finished their installation, they walked me through the system explaining how to operate it. They did a great job. more

Mr. Justin Skovinski went the extra mile [literally] and then some. 10/17/2018

Justin responded to our home to address our concern that our HVAC system would not reset after a power outage, no matter how short. He persevered, contacted the Lennox thermostat company, troubleshot the problem, and ultimately drove back to his office to obtain a new thermostat. After installing the new thermostat, he assisted us in registering it w/Lennox and then establishing the wi-fi connection, to allow us to adjust the settings remotely. In addition to knowing his job extremely well, Justin could not have been more pleasant, patient and polite. Justin is clearly concerned about providing excellent customer service and he certainly provided that to us today. If I could rate Justin an eleven out of ten, I would happily do so. I was scheduled today for my Bi-annual maintenance check-up and Berto gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on the way an arrived well within promised schedule. He proceed to perform the check and let me know that my 40+ year old duct work was in very sad shape and I was losing more that 20% of my air to the attic. We discussed options and he provided multiple HVAC options as well as payment options. I was very impressed with the very friendly attitude and he definitely left me with the impression that his first priority was my complete satisfaction. I have been a Russell's customer for approximately 30 years and definitely plan to continue. more
