Outstanding Service! 7/16/2016

Mr. Chad Tisdale from Russell's Heating and Cooling repaired my AC today. What a charming and professional young man. He quickly discovered the problem with my AC and had it repaired in minutes. He explained everything and was able to take payment via credit card on the spot. An excellent experience. Also, Russell's Heating and Cooling was able to make a same day appointment, where all the other places I were booked for a minimum of 5 days. I'll definitely use RH&C next time I need my AC repair. more

Chad Tisdale is very professional on his job, he was accommodating when being asked. He explains what he was doing and his diagnostic test in the simplest manner so we can understand. Great service 7/12/2016

Berror Autry came to our home on Friday July 8 to service our heat/air unit....can't say enough good about the service and him as a person. Very nice and efficient. I have 2 dogs and he made sure we knew about what he was doing and any danger for my puppies...he was a pleasure to talk to and we would like to request him anytime we need service. more

Awesome 4/19/2016

Elliott Scott was great along with the tech that assisted him. They installed the coil/new unit HVAC along with the heater unit. All good. Appreciated their taking care of everything and laying down plastic to protect against dirt and such on the floor. Gave good instruction on the new thermostat. Russell's rules, thank you. more

Maintenance Call 11/16/2015

Roberto from Russell's came out for heat pump tune up and was very professional and gave great detail/insight on my heat pump units. He walked me through each of my handling units, their health as well as my outside heat pumps. I would recommend Roberto again for the maintenance he performed. more

Highly recommended 9/29/2015

My HVAC unit needed it's annual service and cleaning. Very easy to set up an appointment. Berto was the technician who came out to do the service. Very professional and explained what he was doing and the reason for it. Berto did a great job of cleaning the unit and did a more thorough job than had ever been done. He made some recommendations to improve the HVAC units performance and life. Will call on Russell's Heating and cooling again. more

Super people 7/20/2015

The service provided by Russell's is outstanding. I bought my unit from them 8 years ago and keep my yearly maintenance contract active. They perform required maintenance 2 a year and with my contract I receive VIP service. I have recommended them to my family and friends and will continue to do so. They have earned my trust! more
