Andrew T & Tyler were very descriptive in advising what was being done during the installation. Very descriptive explanations provided as to the operations of the thermostat. Would highly recommend these technicians to any family and friends. more

Jacob Killmon cares about his customers 5/25/2018

Jacob came to the house to fix a problem that we had been trying to fix for 3 months. Another company made 4 service calls to the house, never able to fix the problem (freezing up of air system). Jacob spent time listening to us about the symptoms and what we observed. He diagnosed the system completely, including wiring that was done incorrectly (and missed by everyone else). When he left, he told us to call him, with any questions or concerns, but the system has been working perfectly. Next time we call Russell's we are going to ask for Jacob by name. Thank you! more

Rocco Catalano (Service Technician) had to come out several times to complete the job. He was always on time, honest, and friendly. We will continue to use Russells Heating and Cooling and we would be happy to have Rocco again. more

Rocco my service tech was very polite and friendly. He came to do a routine follow up check on newly installed HVAC system. Rocco explained the test he was performing in a way that i could understand. Also gave me a tutorial on the touchscreen thermostat. Rocco said the system is operating within factory specifications. Thanks for your excellent service Rocco. more

Technical Assistance with AC system 2/25/2018

We received exceptional service at first,diagnostically by Mike, followed with fixing of the problem by Chad. Both came at separate days in time, addressed every thing and everybody very professionally, and the work was done in "no time. They were clean, put on booties to prevent leaving dirt and dust on the wood and tile floors. In Summary: polite, efficient and trustworthy. Thank you very much. more

Technician sucks 2/15/2018

Rob doesn't care to do job properly. Leaves job half finished when called back he told me how to finish putting it together. We shouldn't have to pay for service that they don't fix. He was told the unit was upstairs to the right but he decides to go into the room on the left which was my granddaughter room. Then he tells her hes just an old prevert man don't mind me. He had no right in her room! Next time he came over took a glance at unit and went back to truck to talk to his gf for the rest of the time he was suppose to be working. He said she was going to have a procedure. If you can't do your job properly cause of family issues stay at home with family. Customers deserve to get their service done with people who give a care not uncaring sloppy riffraft. more

No heat 11/13/2017

Called Russel's because my heat failed to turn on and was pushing out cold air. They arrived earlier than expected but called beforehand to check if it was alright to do that. Rocco arrived and was very respectful and went straight to work on finding out what was wrong. Not only did he find out what was wrong he checked the entire system over and found some other things that were not broken yet, but would be given time. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeably on the system and I would gladly use them again. more

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM SALE TO FOLLOW UP 9/2/2017

I received annual maintenance in early August as part of contract. The service tech, Eric Garner,was very thorough and provided excellent advise in selecting a replacement York system. Two days after install the A/C stopped functioning. Service tech Chad Tisdale responded within a few hours. He was very personable and determined the problem was an insufficient breaker in the electric box the A/C was run through. He went out of his way to go to both the Do It Center and Home Depot to find the correct breaker, and the A/C was back in full service shortly. Both Eric and Chad are knowledgeable and fine representatives of Russell's Heating and Cooling. more

Installation of Furnace System 8/12/2017

First impressions mean a lot and Jason was tops from the get go. A true professional who took the time to ensure I understood what the job entailed and the approximate timeframe it would take to install the system. From putting on his shoe coverings as soon as he entered my front door to totally covering my carpets and even caulking around the opening of the attic entrance, Jason took care of all the big and small details that occurred with the installation of furnace. A full explanation of my new system left me feeling confident in the work Jason and his team performed. I highly recommend you request Jason for your installation needs from Russell's Heating and Cooling!!!!!! more
