Justin responded to our home to address our concern that our HVAC system would not reset after a power outage, no matter how short. He persevered, contacted the Lennox thermostat company, troubleshot the problem, and ultimately drove back to his office to obtain a new thermostat. After installing the new thermostat, he assisted us in registering it w/Lennox and then establishing the wi-fi connection, to allow us to adjust the settings remotely.
In addition to knowing his job extremely well, Justin could not have been more pleasant, patient and polite. Justin is clearly concerned about providing excellent customer service and he certainly provided that to us today. If I could rate Justin an eleven out of ten, I would happily do so.
